Jackson Hole is like no other place on earth. Towering granite peaks surround the lush green valley and its meandering rivers and streams. Wildlife calmly grazes on plentiful forage.
There is not an undesirable area in this valley. When you look at the above map - you need to understand that 97% of the entire valley is "protected" by either being National Park, Wilderness land, National Elk Refuge, or Conservation land. Much of the remaining 3% has been developed and the restrictions to develop more are very "stringent". Here lays the principle of supply and demand.
Our "for sale" inventory is at an all time low.
